About Silver Tech Club

We teach independence through technology.

Silver Tech Club helps older adults use everyday technology safely and confidently through practical, hands-on education.

Our mission

Silver Tech Club empowers older adults to confidently navigate modern technology through patient coaching, practical education, and genuine human connection.

We do not take over and do technology for people. We teach learners how to perform useful tasks themselves.

Founded by Kris Copeland in Los Angeles County, California.

  • We listen before we teach.
  • We explain one idea at a time.

  • We let the learner perform the task.
  • We protect privacy.
  • We never shame or rush.
  • We build confidence and independence.

  5. 5Let the learner perform the task
