Silver Tech Club is a technology education service based in Los Angeles County, California. You can reach us at help@thesilvertechclub.com.
What information we collect
When you contact us or join the waitlist, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, organization, and message.
We do not ask for and do not want passwords, PINs, verification codes, Social Security numbers, banking or credit card credentials, or medical information. If a form asks a question you feel is too personal, leave it blank.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request or inquiry.
- To send workshop updates, dates, and locations you asked to be notified about.
- To improve our workshops and website.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with partner organizations for their marketing.
Payments
When you buy a private session or bundle, payment is processed by our payment provider (Stripe). Silver Tech Club does not receive or store your card details.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and waitlist information only as long as needed to respond to your request and provide Silver Tech Club information, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
- Ask us what information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete your information.
- Unsubscribe from future emails at any time.

Children
Silver Tech Club programs are designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
