Who we are
Silver Tech Club is a technology education and coaching service. By using this website or joining a workshop or private session, you agree to these terms.
Nature of our service
Silver Tech Club provides educational workshops and private technology coaching. We are not an IT repair service, help desk, or a "do-it-for-you" service.
Silver Tech Club does not provide legal, financial, medical, or cybersecurity advice, and we do not guarantee prevention of fraud, financial loss, device damage, or account compromise.
What our coaches will and will not do
Coaches teach, demonstrate, and guide you while you perform each step yourself. Coaches never request, view, enter, record, or store passwords, PINs, verification codes, Social Security numbers, or banking credentials.
Registration and attendance
Workshop seats and private sessions are subject to availability. We may cancel or reschedule a workshop if attendance is too low or if circumstances require it. In that case we will offer a reschedule or a refund per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Payments
Payments are processed by our payment provider. Prices displayed on the site are the current prices at the time of purchase.
Your conduct
Please treat coaches and other participants with respect. We may end a session or workshop if a participant is disruptive.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Silver Tech Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this site or participation in our programs.
