Yes — especially for you. Our guides are trained to be patient and never make you feel rushed or embarrassed. We go at your pace, not ours. Many of our students say they've tried to learn before but this is the first time it actually made sense.

The beginner workshop runs about 2 hours. It's hands-on the whole time — not a lecture.

We cover the things that come up every day: sending photos, joining a Zoom call, saving contacts, making text bigger on your screen, spotting scam texts, checking email, and understanding what those little icons on your phone actually mean.

The 1-on-1 session is a private, 60-minute session with a Silver Tech guide focused entirely on your specific questions and goals. You pick the topic. It's included in the $197 bundle or available separately.

No. You pay for what you attend. There's no required monthly fee. We do plan to offer an optional membership in the future for people who want ongoing support, but it will always be optional.
