What your coach will and will not do
Silver Tech Club is a technology education service, not an IT help desk, a repair shop, or a do-it-for-you service.
Coaches never request, view, enter, record, or store passwords, PINs, verification codes, Social Security numbers, or banking credentials.
We teach participants how to connect to Wi-Fi, use essential settings, recognize scams, and follow official account-recovery steps themselves. See the About page for the full boundary list.
